A wonderfully impressive team that went above and beyond - they were personable, knowledgeable, professional and ensured a seamless and positive experience from start to finish and even after we were given the keys to our new home. Tracey had taken the time to know what sort of house we wanted and where, which lead to her notifying us as soon as our now home came to market - we will be forever grateful. Debbie was so helpful in letting us view the property twice and accommodating the times we were on the island. Hannah was so friendly and professional keeping us informed every step of the way and responding in such a positive and open manner to every email and phone call we made. What can be a very stressful process was made more than manageable because of their whole team approach. Thank you so much, Natalie and Jonnie.

I found that the Bembridge office were always polite, and extremely helpful, taking a lot of the stess out of moving, buy keeping me informed and being available to assist if needed ( nothing seemed to be a problem).

Just completed on our flat in Bembridge and the team there were great in particular Hannah who kept us informed at every stage.

Buying a waterfront property on the Isle of Wight was a long road, and there were moments when it felt like it might not come together. Duncan Willard stayed with us every step of the way, working hard to get the best possible result for his client and never letting up when things got difficult. What made the real difference, though, was how much he gave beyond the deal itself: advice on comparable properties, local suppliers, and everything we needed to understand to make the purchase work in practice. He didn't have to do any of that. He just did. Genuinely one of those rare agents who leaves you feeling looked after rather than just sold to. Couldn't recommend him more highly.

So pleased was I with the communication and service of Philip Weeks at Spence Willard, that I feel the need to leave a review stating just how good he is, and by proxy Spence Willard have been. These were not even our own agent, but the agent at the top of the chain in our buying experience. After months of chasing for updates with the various agents and solicitors involved, I was finally put into contact with Mr Weeks at Spence Willard, and immediately we gained some clarity on our ongoing and frustrating situation. The whole time dealing with Mr Weeks was an absolute pleasure and I can't recommend him and his professionalism enough.
