Do not order - terrible customer support
Do not order! It took 20 emails over 7 days to return a $450 item. I was also charged $180 for return shipping.
Update: Their communication about this review have been outstanding and timely! They respond quickly and offered me $100 credit to take down this review. If only they were this timely when I was asking for help with my return! This is the 3rd day in a row they've asked me to take down this review! I am happy to see they have their priorities straight! I wish I could leave them a less than 1 star review.

I ordered the all in one kit def/egr…
I ordered the all in one kit def/egr delete/ezlynk tune the beginning of May 2026 and I just received the ez lynk tune harness. The harness connector does not fit my truck and it arrived super late. The down pipe did not fit, so I had to do some customization. On top of that, the kit was suppose to come with five clamps and it came with three.
I notified spelab and they suggested I locate/buy them elsewhere. I did and the only good thing about this issue is they refunded me what I spent for the additional clamps that should have been in my order. It was inconvenient.
Asked to actually speak with someone and that was ignored.
My experience over all was unacceptable.
I may be making a trip to one of the locations to try and contact someone in person.
To update this issue, as Spelab asked me to remove this post…
I had to locate the clamps, customize the down pipe that came with my kit. Furthermore, as mentioned prior, the tune switch (SOTF) did not fit to the harness connector on my truck. I had that customized along with the down pipe.
My overall experience was negative as most of the issues I had, I was advised to seek replacement outside of Spelab. The inconvenience is not professional and I will not be ordering from this business again.

I had a package get lost and then found but miss a part do to the shipper.
I had a package get lost and working with you even with the delivery saying they had delivered. It never made it to my door, you started to get a replacement sent with no questions asked when it showed up at my door. The package was damaged and broken open on one corner. It looked ok when opened and I started to install is a few weeks later only to find a part missing. I contacted you again and you started a claim right away, at this time you had none in stock and all I needed was a single piece and not a whole replacement you never dropped the ball and stayed on top of it. It took several weeks and a new complete unit showed up at my door.
Thank You for being so professional at handling this issue. I will continue to purchase from you down the road and recommend you to others as a good responsive company

Shitty got parts and internal catch can…
Shitty got parts and internal catch can had machine damage where they drill the holes, Could not fit the external catch can hoses on top of the y connection hits top of firewall! Tried to get a hold of them to return it and get money back all they kept saying in email is send me pictures of it, I did over and over and over and still cannot send back,waste of money!!!!! Parts seem high quality
Parts seem high quality, tuner install was easy, sounds and runs much better. Biggest problem was fitment. The down pipe mount to the up pipe had to be cut, it was nowhere close to right. Also the threaded bungs were caked with powder coat so after i got everything bolted up, had to take it all back apart to tap the threads. Shipping was much quicker than expected! Customer service is miserably slow to get back to you and when they do it's so late in the night i don't see it until the next morning, so I only get one question answered a day.
