The order arrived just fine.. but
The order arrived just fine... However I accidently ordered an extra part... The intake manifold I ordered already deleted the throttle valve.... Wasn't clear when ordering . Since it was offered, and the manifold didn't say it already deleted it by design, I ordered a throttle valve delete... Can't use it. Can't return it... The issue began with their return policy... It's designed to make you give up trying by being so complicated and confusing, not to mention the time constraints... I finally gave up, and am now stuck with a $35 piece I don't need and can't use.
Some clarification in the description, and an easier return process would go a long way

if I could give zero stars i would!! customer service is non existing and have not had one single call back or email for my two problems!! bought multiple stuff before but now that I have issues and need customer support there is absolutely no response!! one part they sent was manufactured bad and had proof of pictures and the other I am still waiting on credits and tune file so this truck can get finished up. stay away if possible!

Good looking plates
The only thing that makes it take longer than expected is the fact that the Cummins is 2’ under the firewall. Egr and grid heater delete all fit as it should. Don’t forget to tighten up your fuel lines.

It seems to be a good quality product
It seems to be a good quality product. All parts fit well except for the supplied fuel line. I had to put the fuel line in which fit but then the air intake manifold did not quite fit in its proper place. I had to physically bend the fuel line to make the air intake manifold fit. The first Bend from the engine block is about a quarter inch out too far and should be bent a quarter inch closer to the block. With all that, everything fits and works properly.

Had some issues with mini maxx v1 in getting it to download but SPELAB communication was good and gave me ideas to help and finally it was a bad sd card and switched to the latest download to fat32 and it worked!
For my time and trouble spelab gave me a partial refund.

Installed the mini maxx v1 on 5/29 and…
Installed the mini maxx v1 on 5/29 and tried to download to ecu with no luck. Tried it a few times with no luck. Have tried on the 30th, 31st and the 1st,2nd and 3rd. Have been in contact with your people and finally got the latest update and tried it and again no luck. Went to town to get a new sd card which is a little over a 2hr round trip. Downloaded new update onto new sd card to no avail. So I have been without my truck for a week and now it’s at a shop to see if they can find the issue. Not real happy about this right now. Have been online and see that many people are having similar issues with these tuners!
Hopefully the shop will fix it or I will be wanting a refund! This has cost me going on over a week without my truck and cost me more time and money than it should have!
I will let you know what the shop finds out this coming week.
