The installer left all the equipment on the floor with a long cable. Our fixed IP is not working. The service disconnects from the internet everyday multiple times a day. Speed is half what I ordered. I am trying to run a business and cannot.
No permanent solution has not been provided.
I have consistently and clearly described my ongoing issue with Spectrum, and my intermittent internet and cable services when temps are 90 degrees and above has not been resolved.

Spectrum has the best customer service in the industry. I had multiple service providers over the years and all have poor customer service and just try to charge you more than their new customers. Spectrum service is fast and you actually get to talk to real people who know the answers to questions.

Tech came out and did a thorough job checking everything and making sure all cables where up to date for us and made sure inside connecting was good . For the internet side , I had issue in the pass with spectrum but most people can say that . But these last 2 years been good for us really .
Buyer Beware
When you're stores gives a spectrum customer a package deal that includes internet for first time users please explain that if you don't choose extra streaming channels the equipment they send home with you and the internet ability serves no purpose. Thank you 😊
I was misled by Spectrum sales rep!
I was misled by Spectrum sales rep (Augie); she told me it was 100% fiber connection. It is not — tech told me that. I have signed up for 1 Gig connection; I barely get 125 Mb speed. Spectrum rep told me that with their WiFi extender my entire home will get coverage; it does not — tech confirmed that it’s not effective. He suggested that I should get my own mesh network. So basically, this is a total FRAUD!

Rick our installation technician was on time, very professional, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. He explained the process thoroughly prior to any work performed and during installation if we had questions he took the time to pause and answer our questions.

Frequent outages. Have only been a customer since September. We have had to have a technician out multiple times to restore service. Never get credit toward the bill. Choose another provider

I ordered new Internet and got great service and great speed
I ordered new Internet and did not anticipate having such good service. The speed of the Internet is faster than my current gig service. My service went up to 1.2 GB. I had the equipment shipped to me had issues getting it installed but had help and had a very unique experience in having a technician show up at my house within 18 minutes of my request.. I am extremely pleased with the speed of my Internet now and it is faster than what I had before. I have not been with spectrum for the past three years so this is a great new experience with spectrum..

I was having issues with my internet and Tv connection and I called the spectrum service. Number was connected almost immediately they asked my name and where I was located I provided them with my phone number and address they did a few things on the phone restarting my equipment and they said they say interference in the line coming into the apartment ansn that they would have a technician come out asap on 5/19/26 happened to be my birthday .. so I was kinda happy it was handled asap and as soon as possible they were here promptly and was very respectful and courteous with me I did not say n it was my baby to the tech and I was treated very nice and he was very professional about his job and was only here maybe 20-30 min offered him a water or a coffee and said no thank you I was very pleasantly impressed with the way I was treated and he carried his profession and respectfulness highly recommend SPECTRUM CABLE ANDN THERE SERVICE TECHS 100% if someone asked

This had to be the most painless install ever. From the moment i ordered service on line, there were appointments available starting the very next day. I was impressed with the tracking of the installer, knowing exactly where he was & when he would arrive. I didn’t have to sit & wait half a day wondering when he would arrive. The install took 30-45 mins & everything was a go! I am extremely impressed with every process of Spectrums service.
