Spectrum - Easy & professional

Spectrum made it easy with their app to troubleshoot, chat with a rep and ultimately set an appointment to have a technician come the same day and resolve our problem. I liked the fact that we were given a window of time for our techs arrival and then able to track his arrival. The tech was very professional and knew how to get us back up and running

Because of area wide issues due to…

Because of area wide issues due to maintenance issues, we were having problems with our cable service. We were able to get a service technician fairly soon. He understood our issues & set about to resolve all of them. The technician was polite, thorough & knowledgeable. Our issues were resolved & our service was even improved.

I like the service I get although it could be better.…

I like the service I get although I think it is too expensive. My TV channels have too many channels that I do not watch but have to pay for them anyway. They need to have a program that have what most seniors like to watch especially ladies and not all the other stuff they fill in with that have no interest to most ladies. Especially when they are 83 years of age.
