Very good service. Staff are excellent and helpful. Just a bit pricey for bifocals

I recently made an appointment on a Friday afternoon prior to going away on a week's holiday. When asked what day I would like, they offered me the following Sunday. I saw 3 members of staff, all very pleasant and cheerful. Despite it being a weekend, the service I received was 1st class.

I use their Altrincham branch. Found it to be disappointing.
Never have spare lenses instock have to wait over a week. Prices have increased and read from online reviews thry wish you to contact them through social media dm. Not very professional at all.

I bought the cheapest glasses to use for reading at home and staff took just as much care at their fitting as when I bought more expensive pairs. The glasses fit well and do the job perfectly. I'll be getta seconds pair shortly

he called for another person to check the measuring of lenses. Otherwise, all good

Great customer service - not online, in person and present. Choosing frames and aligning them, staff (specifically Hufsa) paid attention and put effort in to make sure my glasses would fit.

Staff are polite and helpful.
Dont push you to have what you dont want when choosing glasses. Explain in details what is available to you and then leave you to browse in your own time. Eye opticians are polite and understanding if you have a medical condition with your eyes.

Although the glasses I wanted were no longer available I managed to find 2 pairs that looked ok. On fitting one pair was clearly not right for me. Caitlin was fantastic and sorted me out. This was my fault but the team sorted it..thank you!
