Gen X vs online process= disaster
I'm not one to do everything online. But once I was able to speak with someone it got little bit better. I believe his name was Kevin who helped me on the phone. Good deals. Really once I got the online stuff out of the way, everything else was fairly easy.

The team at the La Plata, MD location on Rosewick Rd. Is far and away to most patient and accommodating site employees I've met in quite some time. They're knowledgeable and willingness to walk me through the entire process put me at me ease from the start. They escorted me right to my unit and allowed for inspection. The property was immaculate, secured and I have complete confidence in the safekeeping of my property. I would highly recommend this location to anyone I know and care about. The rental process is confusing
The rental process is confusing. This company does not operate the property, only reservations for property owners. There is no way to contract for a storage unit, they only take “reservations “ but cannot guarantee the unit size will be available on the day you need it.

2 times in a row I reserved a spot at…
2 times in a row I reserved a spot at spare box. When I went to pay for the spot I reserved the first time it told me that the spot was no longer available. Fast forward a week and same thing made a reservation and when I got to the place it was no longer available. Very frustrating because I had a certain time limit on the stuff I was moving and it really put me in a bind.
