AVOID AT ALL COSTS. After prepaying for an order £1300 for a 2 week delivery, 5 weeks later and legal action letters part of the order has been received and the supplier has failed to complete my purchase and retained funds. Having read reviews that this company is a scammer we have reported them to the local authorities, Action Fraud and Trading Standards, It appears that they are a company taking orders and not fulfilling them and changing the company name, this being their third company. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

It's run by a Sam Dunkerley who previously ran "Made By Reclaimed" and "Sawdust Monkeys". They've changed the name of the business twice to escape bad reviews. My experience matched the other review here - a guy named Sam, poor communication, endless delays, bad quality product.

This firm is shocking. I wanted a large table top several weeks before Christmas. Communication was great to start with. Sam ( I think his name was!) said he would come and fit it himself. I gave him photos and accurate measurements as I needed it to fit professionally over the table top I had. It was supposed arrive the week before Christmas but I was fobbed off that his wife was very unwell, which I have been informed was not the case. Yodel delivered it on Christmas Eve and it was not made to fit at all.
I have been in contact with him 4 times since Christmas but he has not got back to me to visit and sort this issue out.
Basically he is a totally unprofessional guy, with very little wood working skill. Avoid like the plague!
Over charging, unskilled and unprofessional - spend your money with someone decent!
