Been having trouble with my speaker at high volume… it keeps disconnecting and shutting off. Been waiting almost 24 hours for customer service to email me back… very frustrating

The support did his outmost best to solve the issue. Where in the end I even received a solution which was over any expectation I had upfront

I broke the strap and send pics and details to soundboks. They were straight on it sending me replacement parts to me under warranty. Fantastic products and great service. Would highly recommend

It honestly is a perfect product!! I ordered the Soundboks 4 one and a half weeks ago and from start to finish everything went smooth. Payment on the official website was easy. They shipped it within just 2 days! (to be fair I live in a big European city so I can't comment on their delivery to areas that are more on the countryside) Connection via Bluetooth and the app works just as intended and the speaker sounds amazing indoors and outdoors. There is nothing wrong whatsoever about the product and the company kept all their promises. Big fan of Soundboks!! :)

Dude. I have been through dozens of Bluetooth speakers. Multiple brands multiple sizes. When I came across soundboks I was reeled with the claims of the unheard of battery life and then I saw the price. Though initially a tough pill to swallow, I went for it. THIS. THING. BANGS! I went for their entry level based on it being 700 bucks and not wanting to shell the 1,000 out...yet. the app makes it 3 times better. And everyone is shocked at the sound coming out of such a not so big box . They're deterred by price too but they all respect this thing! Live Loud!!!

I emailed on 1/14 for help and got a ‘we’re away on holiday until 1/2/’ message.
It’s way past that date.

Very efficient, customer service is very competitive. In a few day my problem has been resolved.

Update.. unpair your speakers pair them back up it may take a couple of times then you should be back on 11 with that new firmware update from the 2 months ago they sound great very happy we have to go to a five-star now!! I owen 2 Gen Gen3s👍👍

I bought the soundboks go and the Jbl party box 310 to see which one I would like better, and I must say the soundboks is hands down the best loudest speaker I’ve owned. I snowboard a lot so I wanted something portable I could throw in the back of my truck and this speaker is it !!!! Super loud and a for sure head turner when on full volume !

I have brought 2 of these speakers don’t carry enough bass on some song I play the bass fade out.
