Love this company

We needed to use this speaker 24/7 for…

We needed to use this speaker 24/7 for a month, and assumed the power supply would keep the battery fully charged if it was left plugged in. After having several issues with it producing a horrible screeching sound, we reached out to Soundboks to find out that the charger isn't meant to keep the unit fully charged while playing, unless we keep the volume below 50%. So, don't buy this if you want to use it plugged in.

Soundboks, oh yes :)

These speakers are amazing, connecting to speaker, via phone, tv laptop never a problem. Contacting customer service never a problem. If you actually read on how to use these speakers and how to charge the battery properly, then you won't have a problem. It's so easy.
Soundboks speakers are wireless Bluetooth speakers, so you wanna it loud stick to what there called. I have 2, love them :)

I reached out because of a battery…

Should have option for 0 STARS!
I reached out because of a battery problem to which I got a response right away that did not address my concerns. After writing back I got the exact same response. Obviously, that was just an automated response.
I have followed all instructions and only used the unit 20-25 times and careful not to run the battery to its death or over charge it but now my battery won’t even take a charge.
$1000 on a speaker with a defective battery to no longer make it portable? NO TECHNICAL OR WARRANTY SUPPORT? What’s the point? My warranty is good for two years, it’s been less than 3 months but if I have no way to get a hold of anyone to help it’s just $1000 lost.

Updated review, Good experience considering..

Finally got to experience my Soundbok’s full potential after getting a replacement battery. Although my initial experience started off frustrating, Collin at Soundboks was very helpful and accommodating during this time. I would’ve given this review 5 stars had it not been for that issue; because so far I enjoy the speaker. Hopefully goin forward Soundboks can make adjustments so things can run smoothly when shipping new units.

I contacted support for an issue I have…

I contacted support for an issue I have with my soundboks I bought back in 2016. Without any questions they’ve helped remotely diagnose and shipped new parts under warranty. How amazing is that?!?

If they wouldn’t have, it would’ve cost me a whole new soundboks. One I would have certainly bought, because it’s a great speaker.

We ordered a speaker a week ago 7 days…

We ordered a speaker a week ago 7 days and it’s yet to leave the warehouse in California.

The shipper didn’t submit the correct information which resulted in our item being held indefinitely at the Fed Ex shipping facility.

When I spoke to fed ex they informed me the shipper was stalling the shipment and they don’t commonly have any issues with these shipping to Canada.

This then goes to speak towards the purchase process which was without incident due to the team in Denmark assisting us with the purchase due to the reluctance on the part of the staff in America being unable to accommodate our request.

Several times I spoke with a staff by the name of Collin, or “Soundboks Collin” who shut down each of my requests for assistance with the sale and even denied being able to provide me with even a costumer service e mail address for the staff at the headquarters in Denmark.

I was able to contact the great staff overseas who were more than willing to help me with my purchase and the whole purchase process went smoothly with the help of Louie in Denmark.

After this i didn’t expect any issues with our shipping or payment as everything appeared processed even contacted the credit card company to ensure the payment was processed.

It’s now been 7 days and our product has yet to be shipped and we are out a significant amount of money for something we don’t even have an accurate timeline on receiving.

Fed ex said “it would be easier for the company Soundboks to re ship the speaker with the appropriate labels and information while they wait for their return shipment to arrive back at their warehouse.

Colin is refusing to work with me in regards to this and I am now out the money for the speaker with no date in sight as to when it will even ship out of California.

We are now looking at multiple options including a chargeback with our credit card company to ensure a refund and then will have to re order. (We are trying to communicate with the overseas team to ensure the order is shipped appropriately)

I wish this wasn’t so complicated….

My experience with the Soundboks family is priceless. Had some issues wth one of my batteries, and after some talk i got a new one in the mail 3 days later. Best portable speaker and customer service. Awesome!!🫡✨

Bluetooth Randomly disconnecting

We were having issues with our soundboks gen 3 disconnecting randomly and we would have to to power down and back up. Sent it back to Soundboks and they returned it within like 3 business days. We got to try it out last weekend and it worked perfectly for us.
