Great customer service

I ordered a new charger for my Soundboks. After the charger had arrived, I noticed, that something was bent. I contacted the customer service and got a new charger very quick. All of the E-Mail were very friendly and courteous.

Defective BATTERYBOKS | Replacement

We had a defective BATTERYBOKS and reported this to the Soundboks Support Team. Within minutes, we had already received a response with instructions that we were to record on video and mail back to support. After we had sent the videos, we received an answer that the defect of the BATTERYBOKS had been confirmed. After filling out a form, a new BATTERYBOKS was sent to us.

Bought a refurbished SB3 direct from…

Bought a refurbished SB3 direct from website. It did not work when it arrived. Unit and app both crashed when I connected to app. I sent video to customer service and they told me to send unit back and they would have to examine faulty unit before they would send out replacement. This was through the chat link on their web page, then another customer was patched into our conversation trying to change a shipping address and it became a 3 way text, crazy. Anyway, not sure how this is my fault they wont send out what I paid for? but now still waiting on replacement unit to be sent. Emailed Customer support multiple times asking for update, left DMs on Instagram, and started chats on website. Nobody has replied to anything. So far I can not say anything good about their products or customer service. US does not have option to speak to anybody.

broken battery connection cable

Hello.
I am very happy with the fast and friendly response of SOUNDBOKS!!
The reason for my request was that my battery connection cable was broken.
I contacted the support team of soundboks for help.
And now i get a new battery!!
I mean that is insane!

This company really is 10/10

This company really is 10/10. Their products are immense. I have used the speakers over and over again for my wedding, for house parties, for toddler parties and for general listening of music, audiobooks and podcasts while in the house.
I had an issue with a battery, which they resolved immediately. Sent an email and I think I got a response writhin a couple of hours. Very friendly and ready to help as much as possible. Nicholas was an absolute gem. I’m so glad I bought these. I couldn’t recommend more.

Comparison to soundboks 3

Overall sound quality is better than soundboks 3, but it is only till ~85% volume. On max volume sound becomes significantly worse. Unfortunately I don't have mk 3 any longer, but as I remember, there wasn't such noticeable sound clarity/quality drop on max volume.
Static noise on low volume is quite loud (on mk 3 was the same), so there is no improvement.
And finally, there should be at least simple (slow) charger in the box - it's a shame that 1000$ portable speaker has no charger with it.

Something might be off with your unit, so we’d love for you to reach out to us at info@soundboks.com. Our support team is ready to dive into this and get it sorted for you!

As for the charger, we hear you! Due to new EU directives, we’re legally unable to include chargers in the speaker boxes anymore. However, we’ve made sure you can find them easily on our website (Or use any standard USB-C charger, that most have lying around anyway).

Professional and helpful

Got som incredible help from the online staff here! Asked a really complicated question and they really put in the work. Got multiple good answers and they even offered to send me a longer mail about it day later. 10/10 - shockingly good actually. Idk if the names are real, but i got help from Camille - 10/10 work

Love the product and the company!

Love my speaker and use it almost daily.
Unfortunately, after about 2 years of owning it and using it, the Bluetooth stopped working.
Reached out to the customer service team to get some help. Leo, went above and beyond to help me and to get my speaker fixed.
Highly recommend the product and the company. They really care about their customers, which is rare to find nowadays!
