Probably the best customer support in the world
A product or company is never better than it´s staff, and that could not be more true when it comes to Soundboks.
My Soundboks 2, purchased back in the early days of 2018, needed a new tweeter after years of loud music and within a day Camille at customer service identified the problem and hooked me up with a spare part along with daily follow up on the process of getting it to Sweden.
Happy messages every day and now my Soundboks is ready to hit the road again.

i know even the best speaker in the world sometimes have issues and you have to deal with getting it back to top working conditions, Soundboks customer service is some of the best I've ever dealt with. very knowledgeable, professional, and prompt in helping you work through any problem you may be experiencing. they are a big part of the reason I will only be purchasing Soundboks products for my speaker needs from now on. the other reason....like I said, best speaker you can buy

The customer support is unacceptable
The customer support is unacceptable. After my soundboks 3 stopped working, it was sent in for repairs, and haven't heard anything for 7! Weeks. The whole summer. The costs for having to rent one, to replace my soundboks for all the planned events and raves is in the hundreds of dollars. What the hell. If you are unable to repair it, send a new one. 7 bloody weeks!

First time SOUNDBOKS owner here. I purchased the Go and boy I’m glad I did. The speaker is very loud, clear and just plain awesome!! I also had some confusion with my order so I contacted their customer service dept and they had me taken care of by the next day!

Sound is perfect and the Soundboks itself a great addition to every party or family gathering etc.

Really love them!
Bought (2) Gen 4's last week. I really love them. I am fortunate to have a great rural property with neighbors that are distant enough to not mind loud music. In addition, I have an Earth Berm house, so one side in below grade. This also helps to somewhat wrap the sound in. These are loud, clean sound and with 2 units, in-stereo. They are just great. I also have 2 Turtlebox speakers. They are also great but smaller and more portable. I use these down by the water in the backyard since they are lighter. They too sound great but are no match for these Gen 4's. Only had them less than a week but so far, no issues. I crank both up about 3/4 way and they just are outstanding! Exactly what I wanted. Looked at JBL but didn't want the light show stuff and did not want to be forced to plug them in. Soundboks is it!!!

Bought a Soundboks because a friend of me has one and they recently finally upgraded to USB-C!
Sadly it shipped with the „wrong“ (old) battery (Amazons fault, because of prime-day chaos i guess, anyways battery itself works completetly fine!!)
Wrote a mail to the Soundboks Team and not even an hour later they told me they are gonna ship me the new battery.
Absolutetly in love with the product and the team behind it! They really do care about their customers.
