I've been using Sonetel for over a year now. I have used the service (mostly for SMS notifications) and I'm really satisfied. I've had to contact customer support a few times, but the response was always quick, courteous and the issue was resolved. I'm really pleased and will stay a customer.

While I had problems with the initial setup and activation of my new number, the Sonetel Customer Service was able to assist and resolve. Sonia D, was very helpful and responded promptly to my queries, provided detailed information and advised that the issues were sorted. In addition, she also followed up to confirm everything was working fine. I really appreciated the excellent customer service.

Website has a sleek look, features are great at the price point, and backend support is stellar. Sajida has been a great help during my number activation process.

SCAM AVOID!!! Same story with all the other 1 stars. They hide the buttons to unsubscribe and take money by being very missleading.

The app is awful. It takes forever to load or make a call. Their website is equally awful. My call-in number never worked, and when I tried to look up the details on my account, I could never even get them to load on the website. It showed no history of me subscribing to a number. I contacted them via email, and each time I received some vague reply several days later. I eventually gave up and assumed my attempt to use their service had failed. Now, today, I received a charge for "renewal fee" on my credit card. WTF? I still can't get any details of my supposed account to appear on their website (following the link they provided in their email). I plan to protest the charge with my bank.
