Great customer service
I found and signed up Sonetel when Skype announced to stop its service a year ago. The porting process of my phone number was easy, the customer service is superb. Keep up the good work Sonetel team!

They are just a shit voip provider, they still your money, always try to charge your credit card for no reason and the service is shit like the company. Do not use them all these reviews are paid. I have been using them and trapped for an year.

Best deal for a US phone company
I live in Mexico but my business is in the US. Sonetel has done so much for us, as a business. Any client can call the Sonetel US number, and it will be redirected to me. SMS and voice messages get to my email inbox right away. I could not be happier with its service.
Moreover, when I contacted them when I needed an invoice they sent it the next day. Very very happy with its customer service too!

It doesn't work
It doesn't work. I bought a number and credit for making calls. The system is super buggy, slow, does not connect, locks me out all the time. It's a real headache and lost money.
I wouldn't advise anyone to buy anything from this company.
