Excellent Experience with Sonetel

I recently subscribed to Sonetel's services, and the process was smooth and straightforward. The setup was quick, the platform is easy to use, and the features are well suited to business communication needs. The customer support team was responsive and helpful whenever I had questions. So far, I am very satisfied with the service quality and reliability. I would recommend Sonetel to businesses looking for a professional and cost-effective communication solution.

Inspite of support trying to help, Ultimately, I paid for a line, spent two weeks verification, all of which you have to do after paying them money, and still after verification, the phone never worked. Pay as you go, but somehow 3 payments left my account. Like I said the lady on support tried to help, and was very friendly, hence the 2 stars, but the system does not work, and I wasted nearly a month in total

Sonetel Customer service ported my number successfully from a different provider to Sonetel, throughout the process I was provided an update, I have tested with the ported number and it is working as expected. Satisfied with the on-boarding and service so far. Thank you

We were having a hard time verifying our account but Sonia made it super easy for us to activate our account. Very professional and good service. The phone numbers are all legit and easy to use. 100% recommend Sonetel.

Look, the product is great and Sonetel have to meet the requirements of various external departments to provide you your new number. As a customer, the verification process is multi step and some of the documentation, formats required and sizing is quite frankly very painful at times. However, their customer service guys really will walk with you through the process and personally keep an eye on your application which is great. So be patient in your application and allow the Sonetel team to help your through it. Shout out to Sonia for her attention to my application

Very good app, and the customer support is very nice; they reply instantly to resolve your queries. The verification process was very simple.

I am giving 5 stars, I would give more if it were possible! The support I received from Kiran was excellent, forthcoming and indeed very helpful. I appreciated the very courteous style of writing in her emails (a rarity these days!) and in particular her offering valuable practical solutions, and following-up with me. The best client care I have received in years!

Very simple to set-up but they have a very firm verification process, their support was in touch through out to make sure everything goes smoothly. The service is great so far, making and receiving calls has been flawless. Great service.

They rejected my application without reason
This is not professional at all .. i gave all the proofs of my interpretation business ( freelancing ) and they rejected me without reason because proof of address ( i gave them 2 bank statements, contract , electricity bill, criminal records) all of those things have the same address with my ID .. they rejected me why .. god knows .. a friend provided the same and they accepted him .. why i am not .. god knows ..

I needed this service and I tried a few VoIP services but none of them really worked, came around sonetel and i gave it a try. Initially verification failed due to multiple reasons but the customer care service team was very supportive and helped me get everything to work.
