I purchased MS Office from Software King. Everything was fine. I had no problems until several months later. My computer was malfunctioning and it had to be restored. This means I lost the software. I tried redownloading the software using the link they provided, but it doesn't work anymore. I've emailed their sales department (they don't have an email for customer service) THREE TIMES and I haven't heard back from them. I've searched all over the damn internet and I've found ONE phone number. I gave that number a call... and suddenly I was in a conference call... in which I was the only member. I was on hold for 12 minutes and not a single person answered. ALL I WANT IS TO USE THE SOFTWARE I PURCHASED.

I bought software and still never got any code!!

I had never seen such a fraud company in my life. They cheated me by not providing the product i purchased. I never got any replies either through phone/chat/email.

Such a cheap company!

The people selling the software dont know very much about it, can easily get sold wrong product and the only way to know if itll work or not is to redeem the product key, which in turn makes it impossible to get a refund as this voids their return policy. not much of a return policy in my opinion. tech support was knowledgeable however

Easy to shop from. Good prices--search to compare on google. Trustworthy and reliable. They are also easy to contact by phone if necessary

I ordered what I thought was full retail version of a software upgrade only to receive something else. I thought the customer service staff were misleading in not advising me about this when I telephoned them prior to purchase to ask about the software. The company has been slow in issuing a refund. 5 days after returning the software I am still waiting. Overall, I would not recommend them or buy from them again
