Best in class call tracking experience

Best in class call tracking experience. I have been with Dial800 over 10 years and they provide excellent service and are responsive to input. I've tried other call tracking companies and Dial800 is by far the best.

Love working with the team I have as…

Love working with the team I have as they are very responsive and willing to do anything to help. But the new version of Accuroute is way too slow. What used to take me a minute or two to do is now probably 5 or more minutes. It adds up when I have a lot to do in the system.

Sandra is the best! Always quick to respond to my email's or calls. Whatever the situation she jumps right on it to fix a specific issue. Shes very knowledgeable and always seems to comes up with viable options or solutions for our DR needs. Has been a valuable partner in helping us grow our business!
