The track and trace information from DPD was not completely reliable. My package was still supposed to be in France, but it had already been delivered to me. Other than that, I am very satisfied. The items are exactly as I expected and the delivery was on the day as agreed.

I was offered an Opinel knife as a gift. This was also mentioned on the invoice, but the knife was not included in the packaging of my order (a pair of skis). I filled out a complaint form but we are over a week further and no reply whatsoever from snowleader. I guess I will never see the "free Opinel".
