Great product that I couldn't find in the UK, at a better price than UK stores too. Arrived from France in 10 days.

I was worried after reading the negative reviews, but I have to say this was some of the best customer service, communication, and delivery I've experienced.
10 out of 10! :)

After reading mixed reviews, I decided to take a chance as the boots I wanted had sold out in Uk,
Very impressed with the service , was kept up to date with confirmation email
, dispatch , and delivery date which was only about 6 days, so less than predicted.

I felt compelled to post this as I was put off by the reviews on here and only continued with the order because I was desperate to get this item in time for Christmas and couldn't find it anywhere else. I have to say, I'm pleasantly surprised. It's all gone smoothly and without any issues. I ordered the item, I was kept updated on tracking and delivery progress, received it today, on time, as per the ETA, no issues. The product is present and correct. No complaints.

Ordered boots, delivered in Ireland in one week, I was slightly afraid because of bad reviewes but everything went perfect.

I will say I was skeptical at first.

After reading all the negative reviews I was quite worried but I remembered my bank would of gotten me a refund if anything happened...

Long story short it arrived and was shipped within 24 hours as promised and arrived 5 days later as it gets sent from France (I'm from the uk)

I hope this helps anyone thinking of ordering just make sure you have your back covered :)

I have never received the shoes I ordered. Tried contacting them so many times without any respond.

Awful. Promised to ship within 24 hours - still hasn’t even been dispatched. And customer service is impossible to contact. Total scam.i have no idea when or if the shoes I ordered will come.

Even though this is a.ie website it is based abroad.... So you end up paying taxes.

The product received in different color, no way to return or cancel, no customer service or response in contact and email. Think twice before you buy!!

Took them more than 2 weeks to send an item they have in stock. Never order here again

Sad to see so many negative reviews but I’ve had a positive, ordered Steve Madden heels, got shipped out within the promised 24 hours and arrived a day earlier, was the correct size also!

I hope they fix their issues with other customers and hopefully this review can be a turning point for them, especially as the heels was cheap also

Order shoes, contacted customer service after two weeks Was told they were dispatched.

over 4 weeks on had to contact them again and Was told I can Get a refund or continue to wait. A refund was issued, over 4 weeks for sandals. not good

Absolute scam. I've been trying to contact them about a returned parcel - I sent it by registered post and they signed for it but refuse to answer my emails. To top it off their customer service email now comes back as no longer valid! Am now looking into taking it further as they've effectively stolen from me, luckily there is a signature from the person that accepted the parcel in the company. Do not buy from this site, a lot of people seem to have the same issue so it's not worth taking a chance.

Poor return policy and very slow to refund no communication

UK website, but company is based in France and makes you pay for your own returns, which when buying clothes/shoes is ridiculous. Doesn't fit? No worries, just spend another £15 to send it back to us! Delivery times are quite slow too.

I ordered a jacket that was less than half the price everywhere else, after ordering quickly I read all these reviews and thought well that was money down the drain it was too good to be true but
Less than a week later it arrived, no issues at all! very happy with the delivery speed and price I got this jacket for!

I ordered a pair of shoes, and they never arrived. Total scam.

Honestly was expecting this to be a scam after reading the reviews, or for it to take an absolute age and be the wrong item. I reluctantly placed an order as this retailer was the only place that was stocking the watch I wanted, everywhere else was out of stock. Just took delivery today - yes it did take a couple of weeks but I had regular updates during this timeframe and the item arrived as ordered. Was significantly cheaper than anywhere else as well. Happy overall, looking at other reviews potentially I got lucky but at least I can confirm they are legit!

listed online as British but seemingly actually a french company meaning very high shipping fees
also happy to take your money then days later email you to say the product is out of stock
maybe this was once a good site - it certainly isnt now
