TOTAL SCAM
I purchased a pair of Birkenstocks during Black Friday. Today, more than two months later, I have still received absolutely nothing.
I contacted customer service multiple times, via email and through the channels available on the website:
– vague replies
– promises never kept
– no shipment
Completely unacceptable behavior, especially for an e-commerce that presents itself as trustworthy. Zero transparency, zero support, zero solutions.
If you don’t want to waste your money and lose time chasing useless follow-ups, STAY AWAY.
A terrible experience in every possible way.
