We had what we thought was a major problem with our laptop losing all our data and couldn't access the Bit Locker recovery key so took it to Smile Computers. My Macbook started to show a black screen and malfunction past the point of reasonable repair. Regardless Chris took the time to test it in every way possible to try figure out the issue, his customer service was superb and went beyond what i expected of any business. I found that it would be cheaper to just replace my computer, but chris refused to charge me for his services based on this even though he spent a considerable amount of time troubleshooting the issue, as well as teaching me how it was done at the same time in case i wanted to continue to attempt things myself. 5 stars! 100% will recommend, the only person i will use from now on for repairs.

Great service from Chris, brought an my old Toshiba laptop back to life instead of replacing it at a cost of £400,repairs a fraction of that price. Happy days, (wish I could have celebrated with a beer)

Chris offers excellent customer service. He was very timely in helping me build a PC desktop system the size of a shoebox. Not something you would come across everyday, but nonetheless he tackled the problem like a breeze. Can't recommend him enough. Very reasonably priced as well 👌

Fantastic service from Chris. My laptop stopped working half way a university dissertation... absolutely nightmare! Phoned Chris, within an hour I’d dropped it off and received a call to say he had fixed the problem! Highly recommend!

In my experience - one very rarely comes across an individual who is able to solve any problem associated with computers as well as Chris.. Highly professional, scrupulously efficient, reliable and totally trustworthy.. Not being the worlds most 'savvy' computer user - Chris has saved the day for me and my late husband on many occasions. His recommendations always work brilliantly - his charges are very reasonable.

I had been very foolish and not backed up my files. They had precious photos, videos and part of a book I had been writing in them. So when my elderly computer decided to break down I was desperate. Chris calmly and professionally sorted it all out for me within a few hours. I cannot thank him enough.

This is the second time Chris has helped me with what, to me, is very complicated setting up of new Broadband/mobile connections etc.
He is very professional, efficient, and very customer friendly. Five stars to a top guy!!!!

We gave Chris the task of repairing one of our VERY old computers which we used to run one of our embroidery machines. As we suspected, he found that the hard drive had failed. He managed to source a new one (somehow) and had us up and running in no time as well as doing a full back up of our programmes and files to keep safe.

Chris is extremely efficient, polite, knows his stuff and we were very satisfied with this charges. I would highly recommend him to any business, and would not hesitate to use him again.
