The Smartwatch (C86) no longer works one month after its acquisition (failure of the touch screen function) and no response has been given to my requests for assistance online number 45852 (January 13, 2023) then 46107 (January 21, 2023).

a watch with a hidden defect - disastrous after-sales service
We never really got the watch to work. Customer service realized that the watch would have the same IMEI as another watch... so we were asked to change the IMEI but we can no longer connect to the parental account. Unable to communicate over the phone. Our request to change the watch to fix the problems was never answered. the next step will therefore be judicial
