After countless unanswered replies from an online party I made a purchase from,I emailed Dam Pharmacy as they were the dispensing team,as a last resort to find some answers. Joe went above and beyond to sort my problems out,and after a cple of e mails and him escalating my issues for me,the problem was resolved and I finally received my item. Joe is a fantastic member of this team who deserves recognition for his wonderful service and kind regards for my situation. Would wholly recommend.

Parcel delivered on time. While I appreciate the promptness, I had noted to leave it in my garden's wood box if I wasn't home. It was instead left at the front door. Timely, but the delivery instruction was missed.

Excellent service, easy to make the appointment and they follow up with reminders. I have been here a couple of times, its an immaculate environment and the staff are very friendly and put you at ease. Would highly recommend. X

Don’t use them you can communicate with them and they won’t respond when things go wrong.

Stay away from this pharmacy they made a medication error and shipped out to me.I have been trying to sort it with them since 2/8/2025 ignoring my emails AVOID!!!!!
AVOID Dr Franks to their explanation is that I hadn’t filled in my monthly form so they gave me a higher dose than I asked for 😡

I've had no response whatsoever, which is quite poor customer service. It's disappointing when you reach out for help and are met with complete silence. I expected better communication and support

This business is run by people who take advantage of those renting out their retail spaces!
