They delisted the stock from the NASDAQ and didnt tell investors, so people lost alot, some people lost their life savings because of this. They do not care about you or your health, only money. This is just wrong, for a public company not to tell the PUBLIC THEY ARE DELISTING

I have no complaints about the product itself but the pure lack of any kind of customer service is unacceptable!!!
They do not respond to any type of message whether it be via email or Facebook messenger and their phone lines are NEVER working!
If there is an error on your order do not expect to hear from anyone!!! This once was a company that had some sort of customer service but now it’s none existent!!!

I really like this coffee creamer! It didn’t have any bad after taste and I truly enjoyed it. That said, 35 bucks on Amazon for a 3 pack is way to much for me to buy it a second time.

This company is a fraud. If you’re an investor - beware. They steal and lie to their customers.

Well packaged with cold packs to keep the bar firm and crunchy. The texture and flavor is simply amazing for a bar with the macros this has!

It tastes so good and not too sweet. And it’s healthy!

Received my first shipment and it was melted and mushy. I opened up the peanut butter bar and it fell 100% apart. When contacting their customer service they recommend not opening until room temperature, or to possibly put in the fridge. There is nothing on, or included in the box given ANY instructions. Hard to believe they’re blaming me about their obvious failure to deliver to summer weather locations. Lost a customer. Built bars arrived perfectly fine!

The Gourmet Salted Peanut Butter Protein Bars are my new favorite treat.

This package arrived in perfect condition. Everything was well packed and well sealed. It took a bit longer than I expected but I suppose that was due to the holiday season. Wonderful products!

I was first introduced to Smart for Life on Amazon from a friend. Been happily ordering for a long time...until recently when my order arrived and the box was retaped, smashed and overall looked like it went through a boxing match. The seller sent another box at no charge. Fast forward a month and another box arrived even worse than the first. I took pictures and sent a review on amazon with the pics. I contacted the seller and as of today (about a week later) I have not heard from the seller. I went directly to Smart for Life and Renata was AMAZING!!!! my order arrived looking BRAND NEW (as it should) and she added a few samples of other products. I LOVE them too...and SHE TRULY provided EXCELLENT customer service. I sincerly thank Renata for making this experience easy and rewarding!

I first went on this program back in 2008, lost a lot of weight then. Maintained ok through the years, but during this pandemic I got out of control. Now I’m back on and although the weight isn’t coming off as fast as it did last time, I am heading in the right direction. Customer service is great too, place your order and it’s here the next day! Great new variety of cookies now too!!

These delicious cookies really keep cravings at bay. They're delicious and satisfying. I've been using them on and off. They work in helping lose weight and fast. I will continue to use them faithfully.

Smart for Life cookies, protein bars and soups are the best! All of them taste amazing, packed very nice. I will continue buying all of them. My husband also did try once and now he wants to continue with me this diet. I never tried shakes, probably taste is excellent as well. Thank you Smart for Life!

The SFL product is awesome.
My favorite is the Irresistible Chocolate Chip cookies that are individually wrapped. They are delicious and healthy. I keep mine in the fridge. You gotta try this cookie even if you’re not losing weight! You will not regret trying. I recommend highly!!

One of the best diet that works and taste good as well. Great selection to choose from! My favorite is the blueberry cookies and the lemon bars.
