What an excellent service jet washing my garden patio and front this week

Very pleased with the two chaps who cleaned our carpets today. They were friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful, moving heavy medical furniture that I rely on for day to day living. As they use a van based system, disruption was absolutely minimal. Cannot fault their customer service at all.

Had these guys come out from Wales to Gloucester this afternoon. Honestly can’t give enough praise. They were nice, quick, efficient and cleaned up after themselves. The carpet is 16 years old, cream colour and was full of obvious dark stains, now the guys have left it spotless, clean, not a single stain and smelling fresh! Would definitely recommend and would use them again! Thanks so so much thank you 🙏

They arrived on time, and were so professional. There was a big stain on the carpet and they tried Thier best to take it off. They even handed in some disposable socks that we could use around while the carpet was being aired....enough for the whole family to use! On top of it, they were so friendly and receptive. I would recommend them and plan to use them again.

This is the second time SmartClean has cleaned out the gutters on my house. Being a large Lakeland house, gutters are quite inaccessible but prone to being blocked with leaves etc from adjacent trees. These guys did a very professional job and were very pleasant to deal with. They also pointed out any issues they came across with the state of the gutters. Highly recommended!

I use these Guys for my windows and gutters, and just had my patio and sides of house done today absolutely outstandingly brilliant as always there full of the joys of life and do such an amazing job can highly recommend them .

Cannot judge their competence undertaking cleaning as they failed to arrive on the afternoon booked
(2-6pm, April 2023):

Called the office just after 3pm to ask for update on timing, when learnt that the cleaners were having trouble with their machine on their job previous to ours. At 4.30pm were told they would not now be coming as the employees had not been able to fix the machine - no back-up equipment was available.
Repeated apologies offered, but the fact remained that, having kept the day free and spent several hours clearing all bedding and smaller items from the bedrooms that should have been cleaned, we were faced with having to put everything back again - completely wasted efforts. We are in our 80s and cannot face going through that again. We are now looking for a more reliable company that uses less complicated equipment; would recommend others to do likewise.

Worst company do not use this company they do not take responsibility for breaking filters they blame you for their actions and the cleaner could not put the over door back on had to bring someone else to do so we have to pay fix their damage

They arrived on time and did a great job, it including doing an oriental rug as well as normal carpets. They took care with belongings and were friendly. I have my carpets cleaned every year with this firm. Couldn't be happier with the job!

Not at all good. The operators wore overshoes but then wore them outside before entering the house again several times. One operator went wandering around looking in other rooms. Scotchgard treatment consisted of a few random puffs of spray.

A very prompt service from Smart Clean. Did a great job on stairs and lounge carpet. Good value for money. Would highly recommend.

Very disappointed in this Newport crew, had Smart Clean before and they did a great job. This time I phoned and explained my hubby had major surgery and we couldn't move the sofas out of the room.I was told that was fine,the prior person on his own moved them and did under them.When this crew came they moved them a little and didn't move one back so in front of the sofas are the stains I wanted to be removed! I know they didn't try as there were cumbs and articles still under the sofa.The last person took an hour and did an excellent job these two were in and out in approx 35 minutes.I complained and themanager was supposed to call me and didn't.

we needed a carpet or two cleaned and so found out about Smart Clean the man was on time very nice and got on with the job and he made a great job for us and yes we would recommend him to anyone we are so very pleased with both him and his work thank you SMART CLEAN.

Excellent service all round. We are very happy with the results of the clean. We had a few rooms cleaned and everything was great.

Excellent carpet cleaner (posting this as I used another company in a different part of the country just now and it made it clear how good these people are - the other company appalling). I have used them 3 times now every year or so, good job each time on cream carpets with stove and pets in room, good protection under legs of furniture to prevent staining. One mistake on one occasion not protecting under a chair that left rust stains, they promptly returned and did a great job removing those tiny stains. Thoroughly recommend.

The guys were polite and the job done quickly. However l found the smell of the cleaning fluids overpowering and was glad we had warm weather so l could have the windows open all day.
I was also disappointed in how wet the carpets were after they finished, it took 24 hours to dry.
In summary l would not have them again l was very lucky with the weather as if l had to keep the windows closed it would have been a nightmare with the smell and wet carpets.

We had some carpets and upholstery clean by Smart Clean on the weekend and they look fantastic. They took great care to make sure everything was moved and all areas were cleaned correctly. We also had a moth problem in on of the bedrooms which they treated and seems to have been finally resolved (thank goodness). I can't recommend them enough. Smart indeed, and very punctual. We will using them again in the future to clean our other property.
