Fast & Flexible
Sign-up was straightforward and the facility was pretty easy to set up. I use linux and firefox and see no significant degradation when using the vpn. Great value for money.

Tech support leaves a lot to be desired
The VPN isn't as stable as I would like in Windows 10, but more importantly the feature to use alternate IP addresses would not work at all; the client would just time out and loop forever on every alternate IP address I tried. Which meant I was stuck with a single IP address per server. I asked tech support to help and even sent them the detailed log files, but they were stumped and gave up. I canceled the service and will be trying another VPN provider soon.

Good and fast service, but doesn't work in China
I was pretty happy with their quick and real responses to my emails. These were not canned responses generated by a large corporation, but honest and useful to my needs. The checkout process was pretty easy.
The only problem I had which I didn't know beforehand was that SlickVPN doesn't work in China, which was the main reason I was signing up for the service. Their staff was honest about it when I asked and when I ordered a refund, it was processed immediately and credited into my account.
