Lush super thick mattress, firm and comfortable plus a 10 year guarantee to boot without shelling out a fortune. Quite heavy even for a single so may be a 2 person job to rotate/move into place.

The mattress was delivered on time and was brought into the house.
The packaging was all intact, perfect, I liked the protective knife that was provided to remove the plastic from around the mattress itself!
Lastly, the delivery men were courteous and polite.
