Great mattress
Easier ordering service and delivery. Great product for a great price. Had the SleepSoul Space 2000 for almost a year now, having rotated the mattress every 3 months can confirm it is still as firm and supportive as the day we bought it. Highly recommend it.

Wow how do they do such quality at this price?
When the mattress comes in a box you start to wonder if they've delivered the right item.
No worries the opening experience was amazing watching it grow into a 34cm high single mattress, it took about 2 hours.
The bonus was it just felt perfect the moment I laid on it and the quality is up there with the best.
Another bonus was the price you can pay a lot more for quality this good.

Decent mattress, firmer than expected
Decent mattress, good quality, and great price but wouldn't say it's a medium firmness would say it's firm. So if you are looking for medium then this is probably not for you. The memory foam on top is very thin. All in all good for the price

Purchased 2-3 years ago.
I bought my mattress 2-3 years ago. I sleep alone and weigh 60kg. Initially it was extremely comfortable, looked quality and was reasonably priced. However over the past 6 months I started to feel the mattress losing its tension in the middle and sagging. As a result I shifted to another part of the mattress to sleep but always wake up back in the ditch!!! Unfortunately the springs are now also bulging out the sides too!!!! It’s irritating my back and hips so much I’m currently looking for a replacement! Seems like such a waste as aesthetically it’s in brand new condition. Hence 2 stars. Might suit a guest room.

If you purchased your mattress within the warranty period, we'd recommend getting in touch with the retailer you purchased it from, as they will be able to assist you with making a warranty claim. If you could also provide your mattress model and some photos of the issues, this will help with the investigation.
