This company is a fraud
This company is a fraud, On 4/27/26 During the booking process, we explicitly informed the Skylux travel agent, Exodus, over the phone that we did not want to purchase the ticket protection service because we did not plan to change our travel arrangements. Mr. Exodus stated that his manager required him to include the service during the booking process, but assured us that he would refund the $510.00 charge within a few days. He also sent a confirmation email during our phone call to confirm this refund would be processed. We followed up via email on 5/4/2026 regarding the status of the refund, and Mr. Exodus replied that he would check on it. However, as of today, we still have not received the refund. The compay is a fraud.

I found the Skylux website/systems a bit clunky and unreliable - had to spend 2.5 hours to book the tickets and the vouchers for a correction (so had to re book) / wrong entry and thus getting earlier have still not come thru.
