Horrible treatment of paying customers - stay away!
I was quite happy with the content they are offering - especially when it comes to football they have a really good programm.
I made the decision to cancel the subscription when i had to contact their customer support. Ridiculously long waiting times for a reply to an email which will be answered with an very obviousy copypasta answer were just the beginning.
If you want to call the support you will have to pay for every call you make, despite the fact that you are already a paying customer (And Sky is VERY expensive, even though their programm is good).
On top of all that every answer i got was very poor, inadequate, insufficient and cheeky.
All in all the way they are treating their customers is unbearable.
Stay away from it.

Worst customer experience ever. You have to download some Silverlight player, get kicked out constantly, nothing works, laggy, just bad. I would rather overpay at Amazon Prime, Netflix or anything else rather than use this service for free.

Thieves....NO more usa sports.....breach of contract and the rest on this damn black box is only reruns.....garbage...or old as crap! Who pays for a movie THREE YEARS OLD??? Sky select is garbage and with no usa sports I don't need it actually! Will be cancelling immediately!

Sky Select totally dispappointing!
Couldn't get run my Sky Select under Windows 10. My subscription order was checked okay, but the screen remained black, just nothing. Using an I-PAD I received the ordered soccer game, but the movie stopped every 5 to 10 minutes and I had to reboot the system.
This is really disappointing!

Herbe Enttäuschung! Am besten die Finger lassen, bis Sky ordentliche Programme abliefert! Da hilft die beste Hotline nix! Man stelle sich vor: man odert für 10 Euro DFB-Pokal und wurschtelt dann eine Stunde mit System und Hotline herum! Hotline wäre überflüssig gewesen, hätte man mit der Bestellung Instruktionen erhalten, wie man SkySelect startet!
