Surinder was amazing in helping me sort…

Surinder was amazing in helping me sort out a package with sky! Even though customer services called up and messed up my whole package she was so helpful towards me and still sorted it out for me I’m extremely happy with her service she provided me with. She’s a great employee of sky. Trust me this process leaving re has not been easy but she made it a lot easier.

Sky’s poor customer service

Sky arranged for Openreach to complete our broadband installation but Openreach failed to keep the appointment.
We were only able to complain online via a BOT and are unable to speak to a real person to establish when Openreach might call. Left hanging

I'm sorry to hear about your experience. I can appreciate how frustrating it must be to set time aside for an installation appointment, only for the engineer not to attend and then be left without clear information on what happens next.
