My experience with Claire, was well worthy of ten, golden stars.
This young lady dealt with every query I made, in the most professional manner. She is undoubtedly, a tremendous asset to Sky, & has an excellent awareness, of the difficulties, experienced, by many of those, who like myself, have " Experienced, several Special Birthdays.
For those of us , who do find, dealing with all things " I T, " at times even frightening....... Claire, has the ability, to explain each process,in ways which may give those like myself, the confidence, to proceed, with Claire's knowledgeable suggestions knowng that Claire's help , will find the absolute best Skypackage, to suit each individual's requirements.

She has an ability to relate to ALL potentiatial customers, ........ I DO hope that , this amazing talent, is recognised, as it should be.

Claire was an absolute great help today with a very difficult technical issue regarding mobile phone, after being on phone to sky majority of the day headed down to Glenrothes sky retail desk and Claire was able to help after phoning around various departments of sky. Can’t thank her enough, such an asset to the team!

If I could score 0 stars I would. Visited on Saturday afternoon with an elderly relative, who struggles to hear. The gentleman serving spoke fast and soft, showing her no consideration. Was clear that he wanted her out of the way to go about his day. Left her feeling confused and sure what was going on. Didn’t answer any questions or even look at her when she was asking them. Blatantly rude, so we left feeling disappointed and angry
