It was a good service apart from an admin problem but Peter sorted out the problem and all good now. Would've been a 5 but Andover closed and had to go to Basingstoke to sort out the Admin issue.

Was just enquiring about moving 4…

Was just enquiring about moving 4 mobile numbers to sky mobile. Peter gave me all the information I needed and reassurance about the process. I left the sky store with the accounts set up all ready for the SIM swap. Even set up the sky app on my phone ready to manage my account. 5 stars!

Helpful staff at the shop

I popped to the shop for joining Sky Broadband. Staff member George was very helpful and he explained the difference between the plans. He also recommended me there were decent mobile phone plans, and the plans were cheaper than my current provider. The other staff member on duty were also very friendly. I prefer popping to the shops rather than register every service online - it's cold online.

Barun was very helpful

I had a great time with the service I recieved from Barun. He was very attentive, listened to what I needed and gave me an excellent offer. I would recommend others to come here to get their service 10/10.

Peter was very helpful

Peter was very helpful, knowledgeable and extremely professional with the service and advice he provided. I would definitely recommend Sky to friends and family and to come and find Peter in Basingstoke Pod opposite Marks & Spencer.
