Aqui tens uma versão adequada para publicar como comentário no Trustpilot. É firme, clara, honesta, mas sem ser demasiado agressiva ou ameaçadora:
I am very disappointed with the service and support of this site.
On April 27, 2026, at 21:48 UTC, while I was live streaming on a public Discord server, the website suddenly froze. Without me clicking the upgrade button (my mouse didn’t even go over it), the site automatically upgraded my No Bayonet Doppler Factory New Star Trek skin, which is worth €1,351. This is my favorite skin and part of the blue inventory I was carefully building.
I did not see any animation, no spinning wheel, nothing — the screen just froze and the upgrade happened by itself. Many people who were watching my stream witnessed exactly what happened and can confirm that I never clicked on anything.
When I contacted support, I explained the situation multiple times, but instead of helping, they kept insisting that I must have clicked the button and repeatedly said that upgrades cannot be reverted. This contradicts the site’s own rules, which state that each case is evaluated individually depending on the situation.
The support was unhelpful, showed zero understanding, and lacked basic respect. Having multiple witnesses and clear proof that this was a site error, it is very frustrating to be ignored and dismissed like this.
This is a high-value item and a serious issue for me. Because of how this was handled, I will now have to take further steps to resolve the situation.
I expected much better service from this platform, especially when dealing with expensive skins. Unfortunately, this experience has been very negative and damaging to the site’s reputation.

Yeah fancy website. But your chest returns 0.05x value item of it's price, losing 70% upgrades. Burning money. Trash

Fraud gambling site and also super greedy cause the site is so money hungry they have the worst house edge ever. No free rewards like like other sites who offer free stuff. this side also uses a lot of withdrawal fees almost 40% in some cases. First thing please do not gamble and if you do, do not do it here you are almost certain to lose everything. also i forgot to mention the first time, the sites 'free cases' that are earned by xp and actually not free forever but is told that its an free thing and you can claim it daily because of your level but its an BIG fat no it will ask to deposit more funds. I assure you there are better sites to gamble on. i know gambling isnt supposed to be an way to consistently earn money but gambling is supposed to be somewhat fair but this is far worse than normal house edge and the levels of greed are beyond limits.

I wanted to withdraw my m4a1-s cyrex but they told me that since the price is too different from when i got it to now im unable to withdraw and i need to trade it for something else. The price in their site is 53$ the actual price is 250$ so im being scammed of 200$
