the ordering and delivery experience was great but that's it 5 months in with average usage bits start failing on a scooter. customer service told me to expect weeks from bearing which is a joke they don't know what they are talking about. I would avoid this company and use a proper shop

Great selection of wheels, speedy delivery, highly recommend

Arrived punctually. Skate pad set were a really good fit with no sliding down or coming off and provides good protection for my 7 year old beginner skater.

Not 2 months into owning the High end scooter the wheel alignment became an issue. emailed skates, they say tighten concealed torque bolt up. I tighten up and wheel still comes out of alignment. Inform skates again and they say can I sort it as they do not offer any after customer service. GREAT, WELL DONE SKATES

Fast delivery, great price, product as expected

24-3-26 ordered a birthday present for my son u posted with dhl, dhl lost the scooter u sent, i was told i would have to wait for a chl claim even though u employed dhl not me, im still waiting for my money back, the advice i got was to purchase another one off the skate page how do u expect people to just pay for something twice, the service has been disgraceful leaving message after message and no one calling me back i'm still owed £156.72

Easy to order, arrived in a couple of days. Easy to assemble, my grandson was riding with 15 minutes. The scooter was of very good quality. Cannot fault the service or item.

Skates received. Didnt get a chance to look ar them due to being away, unboxed them to inspect and the smell of cigarettes and smoke was unbelievable. Contacted customer service not willing to help as past 30days, bought as a gift for someone now completely un use able as dont really want clothes or skin smelling like an ash tray!

I would strongly advise others to avoid this company.
I purchased a scooter for my daughter less than five months ago, and it has already developed multiple faults. The steering became stuck, and most concerningly, the front wheel detached completely during normal use, causing her to be thrown over the handlebars. This is a serious safety issue for a child’s product. Thankfully she wasn’t seriously injured, but the potential for harm was very real. When I raised this with the company, they dismissed it as a ‘maintenance issue’ and refused to take any responsibility, stating that bolts need tightening regularly. I find this completely unacceptable, no reasonable person would expect a wheel to come off a child’s scooter after such a short period of normal use.
Their response shows a worrying lack of accountability and disregard for customer safety.
Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend avoiding this company and looking elsewhere for safer, more reliable products. I have decides to escalate this matter to Trading Standards for further investigation

the new item broke as I fitted it. it's taken days for them to reply. and days again for a response. after 2 weeks the problem still isn't resolved since they wouldn't offer a refund but only a credit note. not heard back since.

Such an easy transaction, I ordered two for my twin grandson‘s birthdays. They originally told me they wanted blue so I ordered two blue ones then one of them wanted it in black. I emailed the company straight away and out sorted it out for me with no fuss whatsoever really happy with the service the boys love the scooters thank you.

I would recommend the customer service which was excellent. I made mistake and they assisted with cancellation of the order and refund. Excellent communication and will recommend the Skates.co.uk, their service from ordering to delivery is second to none. Bought 2 skates for kids from them…amazing quality.
