Training was really informative with a great mix of theory & practical skills, delivered well in a pleasant manner. I went from knowing practically nothing about first aid to feeling confident & competent to carry out small repairs to humans! The critical side of me would have preferred the same trainer for all three days as cohesion was missing a little throughout, that said everything needed to know was covered. Ross, Kay & Peter are fine trainers with lots of knowledge & experience, if I had to pick a favourite it would be... unfair ;) Thank you all for a lovely experience
The trainer was good although could have been friendlier when meeting us at the door. Some useful scenario's
It was schools training and while most of it was relevant some info regarding holiday clubs where we would be the only first aider would have been useful.
Overall well worth doing
Caroline came to our office to provide first aid training. Not only was she super knowledgeable, she was super engaging, was very easy to ask questions and made the overall day enjoyable (which I never thought I’d say!). I now feel super confident to provide first aid should it be required all thanks to Caroline!
The trainer was very informative and the course flowed well.
Kevin the trainer was brilliant. He keeps thing simple, easy to understand. and he shared some of his experience/stories from the days he worked in London as a paramedics.
Very useful training.good experience among other students and the trainer.detailed and informative course delivered by trainer Lisa Edwards.Thank you and see you next time:)
The Trainer Bernie was fantastic! Very engaging. The course was delivered really well.
The only issue is it is really difficult to get to the Liverpool office so some clear directions would be great when booking onto the course.
Good interaction between the tutor and students could do with air con in the big classroom at York cliftonmoor but overall it was a great course
The course was enjoyable and the trainer was spot on,
ensuring the group were onboard before moving on to the next subject.
I recently did my first aid course with Julie smith and Kay Leigh this was my second course in 3 years and I really enjoyed this one Julie is an intense instructor and very thorough she makes you very relaxed answers your questions until you understand every section she is training you on.
She also very witty and even though been intense with her knowledge which is second to none she also makes it fun.Kay is training to be an instructor and her input on the course was very clear and precise she will also clearly gain her knowledge and be an excellent instructor .a big thank you to you both I have learned a great deal and will always take what I have learned with me
The trainer Cathy made the course interesting and interactive. It was a pleasurable course with a lot of ground covered over the 3 days.
I have attended several first aid courses over the years, but this one was by far the standout, largely due to the fantastic instructor, Kirsty. Although first aid is a serious subject, the course was engaging and enjoyable. It is an invaluable skill to have, and I now feel much more confident that I could deal with an emergency should the need arise.
Trainer was active and enthusiastic about the training.
Overall it was a great experience got to learn lot of things which will not only help me at my work place but also in my daily life.
I found the training information all good and helpful.
But the trainer was a bit obnoxious ...whenever we asked questions he would look at us like we was stupid.
Then he got the hump if we didnt ask questions

The delivery of the course content encouraged much more interaction between the group and the trainer, which made the experience far more engaging. I thoroughly enjoyed it. Kerry is a fantastic trainer, and the small group created a great dynamic that encouraged discussion, participation and learning. I would highly recommend this course.
Attended the First Aid at Work' Requalification course The two days were excellently put together and maximised the student knowledge whist also updating on recent changes. The course lead Julie was excellent, informative and kept a great balance between skills, practical and assessments.
I went for the 2 day refresher in-person course. Sue was an incredible teacher, she made sure everyone felt comfortable and confident throughout the course, her teaching style covered all learning styles and she made subjects relatable and easy to remember. I hope Sue is my teacher again next time!
