From start to finish my experience with Sit and Sleep in Moreno Valley was excellent. It took me a little while to get my mattress due to holiday season sales but, now I have it and I am so pleased!!!!!

Edwin was the consummate professional. Polite courteous and expert at his team does. They were on time and kept everything clean. Very well trained. Bravo sotnsleep

Delivery guys gave me advance notice of arrival time. All 3 men were polite, efficient and took care of all set up. We received instructions for usage. Great experience!

Francisco and Juan were very efficient. Also they gave us very clear instructions on how to adjust and care for our new bed.

Delivery ETA was on point, Mario and his partner worked quickly and set up my mattress in no time. They were super kind and polite the entire time as well.

Very professional, An email the night before to inform me of the delivery window, and then a phone call 30 minutes before the delivery the next was awesome. I happened to be finishing up building our new bed frame and was about 10 minutes behind. On of the guys was gracious to help me finish. He and his other 2 team members built the bed on the new frame in just a few minutes. 20 minutes. Very professional.

The delivery was quick and smooth. Although I live on the 2nd floor, the delivery team was safe and careful while navigating the stairs and tight turn into my unit. They ensured placement of my furniture was right for me.

The delivery was great, the men were fast and courteous. Although the furniture had minor blemishes, on the headboard it didn't appear to happen from the guys bringing into house, not sure where in the transport chain the damages occurred! Nevertheless I have goods that's not bad enough to return but bad enough to not be happy about!

The guys delivering were fast and efficient and very accommodating when we asked them to lower the mattress a little bit. They removed our old mattress and all the packaging material for new bed. They were great and very nice. Very hard workers.

I asked got a standard pillow protector for me and a king size pillow cover for my husband. I received two king size pillow protectors and there’s no way I can use the large protector because my pillow cases perfectly fit my pillow. Also, I know you don’t care, but we found that we can’t get into the bed because the 5” box spring puts the top of the mattress too high to get into bed without using a stool. Not a safe thing for people our age.

The gentlemen who delivered our mattress were courteous and efficient. They gave me time to vacuum under the frame before the new mattress was placed. This is our second mattress from Sit 'n Sleep, and we've been happy with our experience both times. The real test will be tonight when we sleep on it!

Purchased a mattress and it was delivered exactly when they said it would be delivered. I was able to track their stops via link before they arrived so I didn’t have to sit and wait for hours. Very easy transaction.
