I had a boiler fitted on eco 4 on good…

I had a boiler fitted on eco 4 on good Friday it went off could not contact till the following Tues rang them was told to contact manufacturer I did they came out the following day weds it was not a boiler fault but a condenser pump valve he cleaned it and said contact eco to let them know I did same day and they said they'd ring me back Friday night same thing happened I rang echo today at 9 am was given excuses about people being off and they will contact me Wednesday they came out weds did nothing said it was working I told them Worcester said it was the condensate pump they left two days later it went off again they finally came out last Friday replaced the pump and also rewired the input by adding another spur that was fused to date it is working but why did they wire the system differently and was the instillation incorrect finger's crossed

The workers completed the installation in good time. All seemed to be good at their jobs. Tidyed up afterwards. Pleased with the experience.

A rather challenging installation.

A rather challenging installation at my elderly friends house. We had two previous failed installation attempts but Eco Systems stuck with us and we finally got there. A very professional installation and the team at Eco Systems couldn't be faulted. First class service and thank you.

Had my new boiler fitted yesterday by…Aaron

Had my new boiler fitted yesterday by Aaron ,he never stopped on his own from an old one to a worcester boshe. Took 2 days ,very high Standard fitter.
Simply eco kept me upto date throughout the waiting period,there staff are very helpful and friendly and there service is amazing. Thankyou all.

The professional workmanship

The professional workmanship, the engineer who fitted the boiler was very polite and left everywhere clean.
The two who insulated the loft again very polite and again cleared up after themselves. Phil the electrician was also very good. Couldn’t have wished for nicer people to have in my house.

Good company …

This was very good easy to work with company, answered some questions to establish that I would be entitled to ghr grant, then them came to survey the property, loft installation was none existent, this was done first then new boiler fitted all fone in a couple months.

Great service

Great service, although took a year to get the new boiler installed, it was no fault of simply eco, just our local council holding back funds. From first visit to installation, very professional and clean and tidy work.

Thank you Simply Eco!

I am very thankful to Simply Eco for an up to date heating system which has been a Godsend during the freezing Christmas and New Year we’ve just had. And I’m pleased that they didn’t just install it where the old one had been, but thought about the best place to site it. I’m also grateful for the extra insulation and the window vents.

The process can be slow, because it’s dependent on grants, but it’s well worth the wait.

One suggestion: it would be excellent if customers were given information about how to get the maximum guarantee for their boiler so that they can take action in time if they want to do so.

A credit to SimplyEco

Two fabulous guys came today to
Fit mum a new boiler. Her old boiler was 43 years old and had a tank in the bathroom so it was a HUGE job. These two gentlemen worked so so hard. They were so professional and polite and clearly skilled. I’d have given 10 stars. They explained everything every step of the way. Mum liked them very much! I want to say a massive thank you to them. I think they will know who they are

Great service and polite tradesman

Service from start to finish was outstanding from first phone call to boiler being fitted the loft team were very professional and polite left no mess and a pleasure to talk to and nothing was to much trouble for them the 2gas men that came were very polite left no mess and stayed and finished the job till 11.30pm as they didn’t want to leave us with heating on they took the water tank out fitted a new boiler and new timers on radiators I can’t thank them enough the device we received from simply echo was 10out of 10 fantastic company 😊

Simply Eco Insulation

We had new loft insulation and a boiler installed by Simply Eco.

The insulation team were very helpful . They were very quick and tidy. They left the the house clean and took the packaging away with them.

The plumber, Sarah, was also very helpful, considering the space he had to work with. He took all of the old boiler away and the garage tidy. Before he left he walked us through the operation procedure.

Must thank Victoria Pittordis for her help and advise quickly and sufficiently.

Had a boiler fitted,but they put the condenser end in the gutter and every time it freezes it starts banging for hours I wish I never asked this company to fit it very very disappointing I phoned them but they did not want to know, all I got is contact bosch and put the phone down wish I never had this company to fit it as there customer service is very very poor

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review, however, from a quick look on our systems, we can see that we undertook work for you 4 years ago. As such, your system was only under our care and warranty for 2 years from the point of installation.

Unfortunately, as no issues were highlighted or reported during the said 2 year warranty period, which is generally long enough for any installation defects to present themselves, we are unable to undertake any reviews of your system or any corrective works.

You mentioned in your review that you called in to the office and the team were unhelpful, however, the notes on your account reflect a very different reality.

You advised us that your service engineer said the condense is in the wrong place, then stated that the engineer did not go up to have a look.

You were then advised you failed to notify us/ the installer of any issues within the 2 years signed warranty form period. You then consistently argued and shouted over our telephone team who did their best to support you, despite you not having reported the matter in time, and being out of warranty.

We take pride in delivering high quality installation work and our customer reviews are a testament to that commitment. It is obvious in this case that your review is not reflective of our business or the way we operate.

No integrity

All went well up until the day of having the ventilation fitted . I was told that it would be mandatory to have this fitted in downstairs loo and utility but when the electrician turned up it was announced they would be putting an extractor fan in the middle of my kitchen wall with trunking leading down the wall and the utility and downstairs loo extractors would have the trunking across the ceiling , down the wall and the fans may be drilled through the lintels affecting the structural integrity of the house. Mmm 🤔 I called Simply Eco to try and discuss this and spoke to an incredibly rude member of staff who didn’t let me speak and kept asking me ‘what exactly don’t you get? ‘ when I said I was confused as to why this was their suggested way of adding ventilation. (Obviously nothing to do with them getting the most amount of money as they can 🙄) I said I needed to think about it as I didn’t want to go ahead with this method and have not heard from them since. Definitely do NOT recommend
