I strongly advise against ordering from Simplecoffee. I placed an order at the end of November. The delivery never arrived. I was told to wait until mid-December, but nothing happened. I contacted the company three more times and received no reply. This is unacceptable behavior. Customers are being ghosted.

I've ordered and made the payment since the 6.10.2024 and today the 4.12.2024 I've not received the products yet. I sent 6 e-mails to ask about the order and I received only 2 very late replies!!! Due to this long delay and the lack of professional customer service, I cancelled the order in the last 2 e-mails. Until now, I still have been waiting for the answer and my money back!

I was happy to do a good deed by buying reusable nespresso cup. Until I was wondering not to receive any update about the shipping after a couple of days. I hesitated to buy the simple starter pack. I should coz I bought the premium that cost a bit more.

I wrote an email to check on the status of my order. 2 weeks already since it was done. no answer. I paid for a service that doesn't exist. If we think that is multipled by many of customers fooled...
