Booking process was very easy and fast. Driver was already waiting for us when we landed and picked us up exactly on time at the hotel on our departure day. Nice and clean mini van. Fair price. Excellent service. Would book any time again.

We had an excellent experience from start to finish. Our driver was waiting for us when we passed through customers with a clear sign. He spoke very good English and stopped on the way to the villa to buy us all a bottle of water….nice touch! Excellent return experience with the company communicating with us prior to pick up to confirm time and location. Another smooth journey on way back to airport.

Despite an early flight 60km away, we were in safe hands with Shuttle Direct. Booking was simple, with a great value rate. After ringing to confirm, received a pick-up time and then the journey was smooth arriving well in advance of the flight.

Awful experience.

I genuinely didn't expect service like this in Europe in 2026.

I booked an airport transfer with Shuttle Direct from Tossa de Mar to Girona Airport for an early morning pickup. The evening before the journey, the company changed the pickup location. The next morning, I went to the revised location exactly as instructed, but no driver arrived.

When I called the company, I was told the driver had gone to the original pickup location and marked me as a no-show. I contacted them only 8 minutes after this happened, but the driver refused to return and collect me, despite the fact that the pickup location had been changed by the company the night before.

I have documentation showing the booking confirmation and the change of pickup location, as well as CCTV evidence and witness statements confirming that no vehicle arrived at the revised pickup point.

What disappointed me most was the company's response afterwards. Despite the evidence, they would not acknowledge any error, refund the transfer that was not provided, or reimburse the €75 I had to spend on alternative transport to make my flight.

Mistakes can happen, but refusing to take responsibility or resolve the issue fairly is unacceptable. Based on my experience, I would not use Shuttle Direct again.

Thank you for the generic response. I will not be posting sensitive booking references or personal data in a public forum. I already went through your formal complaints procedure 3 months ago and provided comprehensive, undeniable proof of the failure of service, only to be completely dismissed by your team.
If your customer relations team is genuinely serious about a "thorough investigation" and an appropriate resolution, you already have my full case history, proof, and email address on file from my previous correspondence. The ball is in your court to review that existing file and initiate contact with a refund offer. I will update this review further if a genuine resolution is actually delivered.

Punctual, good communication via email and text, as trip was approaching. Lovely greeting on our arrival at the airport and very courteous, friendly drivers on both incoming & outgoing journeys. Mini buses were exceptionally clean and had appropriate safety seating for our children. Easy to book online. Would recommend

The outbound bus from the airport took about 40 minutes to arrive and another 30 minutes to depart. The Trip to the airport was in a minibus, which was sweating hot as no aircon

Pick up at a sensible time and at place which can be found easily. Taxis is more reliable

Our driver was fabulous! He provided very detailed instructions on how to meet him and ample helpful information about the city during our extended rush-hour drive to the hotel. I believe we got great value from this pre-paid service.

On time and very helpful

Although we had to wait for about 15 minutes at the airport due to our driver being delayed by traffic the return journey went smoothly, we were picked up in good time. Both drivers were charming and respectful, I would’ve scored a 5 if we hadn’t been kept waiting!

There were issues with transfers and although the company was using a third party transfer company for this who were ultimately at fault, there was limited understanding and empathy to my situation and in fact I feel as though I was not believed by this company on my account only the situation, whereby the third party lied about their part in the situation. No responsibility was taken, no refund or compensation offered. Wholly untrustworthy company altogether. No trust and therefore future transfer canceled. I will not be using this company again and would not recommend

It was good one, our flight was delayed by an hour but with that issue still everything went smoothly

Driver did not show up at the airport despite having booked and paid in advance. Attempted to phone the number given and also sent a message but got no reply. .After an hour of waiting took a taxi from the rank. Is this a scam

Great service.. very comfortable journeys to and from Malaga airport. Will definitely use again. Highly recommended.

The bus was on time and clean and bus driver very helpful and friendly. Our return bus arrived on time and it was in the middle of the night.

The bus was waiting outside the door of Barcelona airport. Flew into Teminal 2A ,but had to go to Terminal 2B to the Shuttle Direct check in desk which is a 2 minute walk from 2A. Then had to leave Terminal 2B and had to go back past Terminal 2A to the bus another only approx 3 minute walk . The bus was waiting for us exactly where we were told it would be when we checked in.
The best aspect about this is our pick up on the way home from the hotel was at 2am in the morning and we have 4 kids. They emailed confirmation of pick up and location(outside hotel) 3 times in the days coming up to our last day.
Having 4 young kids myself and my wife were hoping the bus would arrive on time being 2 am and being 1.5 hours from the airport. The bus arrived exactly on time which was fantastic. Both bus drivers we had were extremely pleasant and helpful.Both very calm drivers also. We couldn't be happier with how reliable and professional Shuttle Direct were to deal with and I would strongly recommend them and will 100% be using them again in the future.I also rang them about our pick up time after receiving the first email to confirm(just being over cautious) and the female I spoke with couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. All in it's a 10/10 for us on this couldn't fault a single aspect of our trips with Shuttle Direct 👍
