I like that the staff are nice
I like that the staff are nice, but I didn't like the waiting time. I had to wait for over an hour for other passengers to get in. It would have been cheaper and quicker for me to use public transport to get to the destination. No driver's fault, she was very polite.

Unfortunately the pick up was 15 mins late(plus I was there 15 mins early)
I reckoned he forgot to collect me as he went a very roundabout way after; heading into town and then back to the hotel Bali and then Cala Finistrat
I’m a regular user of shuttle direct and this was the first time I was not 100% happy
I also arranged for my daughter and granddaughter to use shuttle direct ( Jennifer Dallas) on Thursday morning 11 th June to be dropped off at Coblanca 20 and the driver left them off at the Bali to walk down at 02.30
First time ever this has happened

Airport Desk unable to provide time of arrival and departure of shuttle from airport, no information regarding the route - if the shuttle goes via Alcudia and not directly to Puerto pollenca it can take another hour.

As this is a shared service, the exact departure time from the airport and the route taken are managed by the transfer provider on the day of arrival and can vary depending on passenger bookings and operational requirements.
Unfortunately, the airport desk is not able to provide a guaranteed arrival time at your destination or confirm in advance whether the shuttle will travel directly to Puerto Pollensa or make additional stops, such as in Alcudia, before reaching your accommodation. As shared shuttle services may include multiple drop-offs, journey times can be longer than direct private transfers.
If you require a guaranteed direct transfer with a fixed journey time, we would be happy to provide information on upgrading to a private transfer, subject to availability.

Flight was delayed till early hours of the morning and I was expecting to be stranded at Palma airport with no transfer ...but the company's desk was still open and the transfer to the hotel went off without a problem.

Mostly very happy, they were waiting in arrivals for us and also on time for our return journey. My only complaint is for our first journey they didn't provide a baby seat which I'd requested.

No idea it would take so long to get to…
No idea it would take so long to get to Tossa de Mar 2 hours 30 mins and dropped off at bus station not hotel address. Far more quick to use public transport, never again.

As a result, journey times can be significantly longer than those of private transfers or public transportation, particularly for destinations such as Tossa de Mar.
Regarding the drop-off point, shared shuttle services may use designated stops rather than providing direct hotel door-to-door service, depending on vehicle access restrictions and the supplier's operating procedures.

The bus driver to the hotel was…
The bus driver to the hotel was horrendous, we waited over an hour and a half for transportation and when he finally arrived myself my partner and three separate groups were told to follow him, he never interacted with anyone and just started walking towards the mini bus, when we arrived at his mini bus he opened the boot and walked towards the front of the bus so we started loading our suitcases in when he turned around and started shouting at us aggressively in Spanish and waving his arms around as he threw everyone’s suitcases out of the boot,when we all said we didn’t speak Spanish he simply walked away it was an extremely uncomfortable situation for everyone involved and nobody felt comfortable the entire ride, however the driver we had from the hotel to the airport was excellent and extremely friendly and professional.

We had an excellent experience from start to finish. Our driver was waiting for us when we passed through customers with a clear sign. He spoke very good English and stopped on the way to the villa to buy us all a bottle of water….nice touch! Excellent return experience with the company communicating with us prior to pick up to confirm time and location. Another smooth journey on way back to airport.
