Just ordered, then a notification came that I could pick it up, delivery came the next day, the staff was friendly, and greeted me well, smiling. I think I’m ready to order bigger things like shoes. Let’s see how they handle more expensive items…

One thing I love about Showroomprivé is their customer service. 98% of them are very polite and humble . Secondly they customer service gives you listen ears to explain yourself to them if there is fault. They treat your complaint with respect. For me I am not kidding Showroomprivé customer service remains NUMÉRO 1 . The best among other customers service. Sometimes I do have problem with my commande but immediately i call the customer service to complaint, they are always REMORSEFUL. And the situation will be resolved. I do shopping online but I have never seen any customer service better than Showroomprivé customer service. They people there are so Demure. Keep it up. BRAVO. Thirdly, good prices on quality goods and very fast shipping. For the shipping it depends because not all,Sometimes are fast shipping. Thank you Showroomprivé and the customer service.

When you have problems with your order, no one helps you… My order appears delivered, and when I checked the delivery point my order is not there... when I tried to contact customer service they hung up on me because they don't speak English...

The worst. Took ages to deliver, i could not return an article, and the one i could return had a nightmare of a precedure only to take 7 euros as retun fees for each item !!

So a polo 20 euros becomes 25 euros and sometimes free delivery sites offer sale prices and have more choices in size and colours.
However, I realize that the seller charges for delivery and that this is not controlled by Showroom.

It is always hit or miss with this company but more miss than hit. Ordered shoes in a size 7/EU 40 they sent shoes that were mis sized. (Maybe they didn't know!) They were a 42 or 44 - 2.5cm longer than the the shoes I was replacing (same brand, same style). They still charged me to return them which is against their own policies as detailed on their website. Be very wary of this company....

and when i wanted to return it, the return costs 7 euros!!!!

This will be my last purchase with this company due to several issues with their customer service and return policies.
Firstly, the customer service team does not communicate in English, making it difficult for international customers to resolve concerns efficiently. Secondly, the return policies are unreasonable. I placed an order worth €150, which included a necklace pendant that was significantly smaller than advertised. When I requested a return, I was unaware that I needed to explicitly state that the item was "not as described" for a return to be covered by the company.
According to their policy:
1. Satisfied or refunded returns – The customer must cover return shipping costs.
2. Returns for incorrect, defective, or damaged items – The company covers the return shipping.
While this policy may seem clear, it is highly restrictive in practice. To my surprise, the return shipping cost for a small item was €7, which is excessive. Competing platforms like Zalando and Shein offer a far better experience, providing free returns regardless of item size.
Additionally, on a different item from the same list when I reached out to the original seller on the platform for an alternative solution on a missing part, they failed to respond after two emails and a follow-up. This lack of accountability reflects poorly on the company’s overall reliability.
Given this experience, I find the platform’s practices unfair and inconvenient. I have already deleted their app and will not be making any future purchases. Improvements in customer service, fairer return policies, and better seller accountability are essential for a trustworthy shopping experience.
