Couldn’t get a refund as I was told I had looked at a code. I paid twice due to a website glitch which seemed obvious and because I double checked i had to live with it. Customer service rather blunt. Had to start messages to customer service several times and keep putting the same information in as if they couldn’t see what had been written already (I assume, never clarified).

Unfortunately, if you have requested/viewed/seen the code, for a digital item order, iT has been rendered non returnable/non cancellable/non refundable, as we are not able to offer/resell a digital item/code, to another customer that has already been seen by a different customer
Please check in your email inbox and or your Shopto email inbox id you are in any doubt as to whether an order has been placed, as, upon successful order placement we will always, immediately send an email, to confirm order placement
In this instance, although you placed 2 orders, you also requested/viewed the code for each individual order, so, unfortunately neither are able to be cancelled/refunded
Should you place an order erroneously, please do not press the view details button to request/view the code, as, provided the code has not been provided/seen, a member of the team could, in those circumstances cancel/refund one of the orders

No complaints, super easy to order and super quick delivery. Took me a while to understand the loyalty tiering system, but otherwise - a real pleasure to buy from. Would recommend.
