This company is brilliant.ps5 games at a fair price and they deliver quickly.I recommend HIT for computer games.

I've used Hit in the past and had a great experience then, and this time was no different. After an unfortunate experience with another store, I found that Hit.co.uk had Castlevania: Belmont's Curse for a slightly lower price than any other store. They shipped it 2 days ago to ensure that if I had to wait 3 days for shipping, that it would still arrive on release, but I got it a day early and have been playing it all day! I think this really shows how well they take care of their customers. Thanks!

Two orders in the last week or so and both brilliant as usual. I actually messed up and put the wrong delivery address on one but a quick email and prompt reply sorted the issue straight away. Shop with confidence. Excellent customer service.

perfectly on time with the delivery time and two of the items i ordered came in perfect condition :) but unfortunately one of the steelbooks in the shipment did arrive with mysterious markings on the covering and a small dent on the back of the actual steelbook. nothing major, but still was disappointing and not ideal. customer support were quick to reach out and kindly help resolve the problem though. I would happily buy from them again and hope to do so in the future.

Ordered a game that was over £20 cheaper than anywhere else - never used or heard of this website before so was a bit tentative but after reading the reviews I went for it. Free shipping, 2-4 working days but they shipped the same day and I received it the next day! Everything was well wrapped and protected and in it's shrink wrap. Very impressed and will use again!

Purchased the FF 1-6 pixel remaster and it came very quickly and packaged very nicely. The price was really good as well. I would definitely buy from hit again and would recommend others to do the same.

Do not buy from this company, they are scalpers, mortal shell 2 59.99 retail, these guys trying to follow trend of scalpers by listing a retail item for £89.99 even the developers of the game and I quote “ Hey,Yeah it's pretty ridiculous”

I’ve been shopping with Hit for a number of years now, and I’ve never had any serious issues. Orders are always straightforward, the pre-order system is simple and reliable, and they now offer a genuinely good rewards scheme too.

Their customer service is polite, open and honest. If a delay happens or something (rarely) goes wrong, they don’t fob you off with generic customer service responses—they’re upfront about the situation, which is something I really appreciate.

Always an excellent experience. Very friendly and go the extra mile to try to help .Very competitive prices but for me the personal touch makes them stand out from big businesses like Amazon. I buy a lot of games from them and unlike some of their competitors don't charge you for pre orders until they are ready to be dispatched. I bought a game in good faith and I thought it was a respectable company... after receiving a faulty product, they refused my return request, so I would avoid them in future... take your money with no problem! buyers beware!!

I bought PS5 games from them and my experience was damn good in terms of pricing.

Good company with good prices as long as you can wait for your item. They really need to improve delivery times. I’ve tried to support them for a while now by preordering from them but I consistently never get the game on release day. Usually not even the day after. It’s always a couple of days after release day. Takes of Berseria released yesterday (a Friday), Royal Mail will deliver on Monday/Tuesday. Not good enough if I’m honest. Even things in stock seem to take 2-3 days longer than everywhere else. A good company that I will continue to use but having second thoughts about pre ordering with going forward.
