Superb experience purchasing from brands and stores through shop.com. Genuine items from Nike, Addidas. Even better, I get to earn from my purchases. The exclusive brands are great, amazing quality for very reasonable price.

I placed an order an order that I thought was based in the US. After multiple attempts of trying to contact this merchant for support went unanswered over a period of 16 days, I then assumed it was fraudulent site. Shop does not offer the consumer any protection. But, still, I emailed the merchant 5 days ago that I wanted to cancel my order and requested a full refund as they took my money when I placed my order. I did not believe I would get a response, but felt that I needed to do what I could to let this merchant know I no longer interested in their products and expected a refund. No resonse from the merchant has been ever received, despite repeated attempts to contact them.
Five days after my cancelation ation request, I receive a notification that my order has shipped regardless of my repeated attempts for support on my order and decision to cancel.

I checked sample tracking. My order is still at the merchants facility in China. I emailed again to notify them that I requested that this order be canceled 5 days ago. I also mentioned my repeated attempts for support through Shop's link to their email address.

I am beyond frustrated. I reported this merchant to Shop after spending a bunch of time trying to figure out how to report the issue to them. But, I successfully filed my report with Shop and received a number for my issue. This was done 24 hours prior to receiving notice that my oder shipped, even though the tracking information shows that the nerchanted has only submitted the shipment information to the shipper. My package is still with the merchant.

Now, I will be forced to attempt a return to a merchant that will not respond to their customers. I'll never see my money. I'm still waiting for Shop to contact me. I've only just today discovered their terms of service which pretty much indicates I'm SOL. Their policies pretty much protect their merchants over the consumers.

PAYPAL is, by far, a safer and better way to purchase products and offers an easier way to file claims and receive results on reported issues. Especially from these merchants that disguise themselves as reputable companies based in the US. I have had so many issues with these merchants who disguise and hide the fact that they are not based in the US.

I believed that Shop had some integrity for the merchants they accept into their platform. They do not. I incorrectly assumed that they would protect me from the deceptive practices of merchants like this. So far, they have not.

Isotonix my family members favourite supplement to keep us healthy always. Kids also like it much and really good taste... Highly recommended!!!

This is the update after shop.com heard my complaint. Their UK customer support called me regarding the item missing issue. Due to the unpleasant experience I requested to have a refund and now I have got my refund. At least I appreciate they have someone taking action to solve the problem.

I placed my order on 2 July for bromelain plus and join formula but waited until 18 July then I received the parcel. What disappointed me was I only received bromelain plus, joint formula was missing. I wrote twice to shop.com customer service but no reply. I login to my shop.com account it stated two items shipped but I only received one. It is really disappointing to experience this at shop.com.

This site allows companies on here that scam people. I placed an order from a site nearly 2 months ago and they took my money but never sent my order. After many times of trying to contact them and not getting a response, their website has now vanished. So, they took my money and disappeared. I wonder how many other people they did this to and how much money they stole. The site was called Nic Fein.

I give order 29 march but yet I can't get delivery. Very bad service

No response from emails. Takes FOREVER to get your item. I’ll stick to other online sites that I know deliver! Worst shipping site ever.

This is a scam but my bank is going to make it right and make sure they can't access my account I will never order from online places again unless I look at reviews it's sad how people scam like this.

Very bad customer service. By that I mean no respond what so ever. Never received my product or even response to my emails about it. Please do not waste your money. Your money will come out of account seconds later and you never hear from them again.

No place on the site to review an item I purchased. Stupidly because I saw on TV thought it would be great for my cat. ( scratching orb with hemp ball) absolute garbage. Save your money. Don't trust anything from Asian countries! ? I'm glad it was only $40

It is very easy to navigate the drop-down menus to see sale items different items for IBV and BV so I found it very effective and quick to place my orders

I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO PURCHASE $400 WORTH OF MERCHANDISE SINCE THE END OF DECEMBER. After SIX phone calls, including 2 with a supervisor, this company cannot and WILL NOT address their issue, which is that they have an IT problem with the PayPal pathway on their website. As a last resort, I wrote a LONG email detailing the problem 2 weeks ago AND STILL NO RESPONSE FROM ANYONE. And to think this is all regarding my desire to spend $$ on their site - I can't imagine the trouble a customer might have if their money was already taken!!!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE - they have all my contact information and still, NOTHING. SPEND YOU MONEY WITH SOMEONE WHO CARES INSTEAD OF THESE PEOPLE, WHO COULD CARE LESS.

I purchased my pheromones back in October 29,2022 and have yet to receive my order..the money is long gone out of account and I cancelled the card now and I have wrote multiple emails and no response from them..I am filing a complaint with my bank and with BBB this week.
