Ordered a dryrobe coat for my little whippet in a Medium, it was a touch short along the back. Refund given and a lovely lady phoned me at 8.15 in the morning to confirm that it had been credited back to me. Ordered a bigger size which fits perfectly. Fab price at £39.99 and no postage costs. Great customer service and I will buy definitely purchase again from this online business . Thank you.

Excellent service and prompt delivery. Product looks very good, as described.
My only reason for marking down one star, the advert said free postage but when I got to payment postage was extra. I could have cancelled but decided to continue. Otherwise very pleased with my Stanley insulated water bottle.
