Online Geschäft in Italien. Ich habe relativ teure Markensschuhe gekauft. Der Versand ist sehr langsam. Die Ware war leider mangelhaft. Absolute C-Ware. Defekte Nähte, vollkommen unbrauchbar. Nachdem ich die Ware zurückgeschickt hatte, brach der Kontakt zum Kundenservice ab. Nachdem ich hier eine schlechte Bewertung abgegeben habe, erfolgte dann die Erstattung des Kaufpreises. Kann auch Zufall sein. Insgesamt: Der Versand nach Deutschland ist nicht der schnellste und inklusive Rücksendung gehen dann schon mal mehr 14 oder 3 Wochen drauf. Daher verliert man dann oft den Käuferschutz bei Ebay oder anderen Anbietern. Das sollte man bedenken. Porto wird nicht erstattet zahlt man sogar bei fehlerhafter Ware selber. Hin- und zurück zahlt man dann schnell über 30 Euro. Deshalb nicht unbedingt zu empfehlen.
