just purchased hosting through this site. great customer support.

Been with Shinjiru for more than 10 years.
Price, performance and support are truly a class apart.

I've never seen such a prompt and friendly customer service anywhere else. They are even ready to go beyond what you expect to meet your requirements.

Feels like they force me to buy dedicated ip, cause they change it often, Not normal. Tried to get a refund but no luck there. Refund is not easy to get from theese hosting-cowboys.

Shinjiru offshore hosting is not a serious neither a secure hosting.Seems like mo protection against ddos attacks.

Since i started using Shinjiru Offshore Hosting, i have never had any problems, they are quick to respond and solve any hosting related issue.

The skype support is very fast and friendly, they solve problems immediately, the prices and the hosting speed are top! I will use Shinjiru for a long time :)

Have been Using The service since last 2 years now and never been more satisfied with an host ( specially an Off Shore Host ) .
Skype Support Adds a Cheery on the Cake , which you do not see in other Off Shore Hosting !!
i have used Shared , strong both , dedicated services according to my project needs and have been sure abt this every time !!
Their Support is Wonderful ( Which we actually don't see in Offshore hosts these days ) And uptime is great as well .. Definitely a High Recommendation !!
