I contacted Shiney Auto Detailing using WhatsApp, which I found very easy. You are asked to provide basic details of your car, make, model, year, what you want done, and where you live, and you get a price very quickly.
The communication throughout the whole process was excellent.

So I have recently bought a new car, and I had a ceramic coating on it, which I told Gary about, and that I wanted a monthly maintenance clean. Could he clean the inside windows for me? He replied, “Certainly.”

We have no space where we live, and I needed my car cleaned at my granddaughter’s, which again wasn’t a problem.
When Gary arrived, we talked about the car and discussed the process he uses and why Gary was so professional . All he needed was power and a water supply, and he started to clean my car.
The process and stages he used resulted in an amazing clean and shiny car. My alloys and tyres looked fantastic. The attention to detail was fantastic; he didn’t miss anything.
The interior windows were crystal clear too.
I can’t recommend Gary and Shiney Auto Detailing enough. 10/10. I have now arranged a monthly exterior and internal valet every month at a very competitive price.

Let's face it, my car isn't new, it's a 2011 plate, family vehicle which is very poorly looked after In terms of cleaning the exterior. We bung the kids in it and drive and not much else!

Gary has taken our Touran and made it look brand new, it's incredible what can be done when you have the know how. I really am over the moon with the service and attention to detail.

Gary talked me through what was achievable in terms of polishing and removing scratches as well as the process. I felt like my vehicle was in good hands, and the end result is flawless.

The whole process from start to finish has been an absolute breeze, Gary is efficient, relaible and VERY reasonably priced in comparison to other valeters. Highly recommended.

After having my car detailed due some minor damage I can honestly say that Shiney auto detailing done an amazing job. The scratches are barely visible.
Also my car hasn’t looked so clean after having it valeted. I was amazed at the different scents I could choose from and the professional quality deserved a 5⭐️. I would give more if I could.

Gary arrived at the exact time he gave us and after a quick inspection and sorting out of his equipment he quickly began. The car hadn't been cleaned in a year due to health reasons and family circumstances and was covered in thick resinous baked on tree sap. There was also an embarrassing amount of dog hair in every pocket, seat crevice and air vent. The seats were beginning to go mouldy and the boot was stained bright orange thanks to a builder loading it up with sand bags full of orange water. The windows were covered in dog slobber and so was every vent which he likes to lick and the dashboard looked like a plasterers
radio. This had been arranged over the phone and honestly I did think he would have to reject our car but nothing could be further from that. He reassured us that he had a tool for every job and told us to just go and relax. 4 hours later Gary came and got us and it was immaculate. Couldn't even tell we had a dog and genuinely the car was cleaner than the day of purchase. By a long way. He was friendly, polite and very respectful of our property when using various items of cleaning equipment and chemicals. Left the place spotless. He was extremely pleased he could help us get the car back to new and internally hygienic. Very grateful Gary for the professionalism, confidence and understanding.
