Ordered replacement part Saturday evening, delivered Sunday afternoon. Fantastic service!

Twice I’ve ordered replacement parts for different Shark Ninja items and both times shipping was instant and received next day. Items just as expected.

Ordered my appliance and it was very clear when it would be delivered once order was place .I was kept updated and the delivery service I cannot fault was delivered when expect. The appliance was carefully wrapped and boxed .Found the process easy and stress free.

My go to is Shark-ninja, I have had zero problems with any of the products and I have a lot of them. I always recommend them to friends, delivery is quick and always well packaged.

Experienced a problem with my Sharkninja handheld vacuum, which I’d owned for twelve months. Contacted Customer Services who answered very quickly. They listened to and understood the nature of the issue. The agent offered to dispatch a replacement unit, which was delivered within 48 hours. Quite amazing customer service.

I was after replacements for my Ninja Zerostick frying pans. I'd been using mine on a gas cooker and the underneaths are badly marked. I now have a new induction hob and wanted new pans so that I don't scratch the hob. The 28cm pan was on sale and the price was fantastic. It was delivered the day after ordering, very well packaged, and as a direct order, it was automatically registered for a 10 year warranty.

My kettle developed a fault so contacted customer services and made a warranty claim on 17th September and received a new kettle on the 18th. Exceptional service.

Speedy delivery and easy to deal with.
However I've only had the foodi speedy for a short while and I'm pleased with it but today I used the slow cooker function. Disaster.
After 6 hours on low, the meat and veg were still tough and the pot was hardly warm to touch. I had to transfer the meal to my conventional oven to make it edible. Very disappointed
